Ever wondered what it would be like if Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot was a squirrel?
Here I have created a parody of Murder on the Orient Express for children. Changing murder for a spread of stollen cakes.
It is Agatha the Owl's birthday and she has invited her friends to a sleepover on the Woodland Express. Making a spread for a surprise party, the other animals are shocked when the cakes mysteriously disappear overnight. But don't worry, Detective Squirrel is on the job.
Update (2023): I have since created this image by combining digital drawing with photomontage and plan to revisit this project so watch this space!

Dummy Book

'One of my biggest mysteries was the case of the stolen cakes...'

'I had to solve this mystery...'

'Then I had it!'
